Location, close to the metro station, near Oxfort Street and Hyde Park and surrounded by shops and Arab restaurants open all day. Quiet hotel with no noise, we slept very well. nice receptionists especially Ali.
Fantastic hotel, very good location. Excellent service, fantastic breakfast. Didn't enjoy the noise of the pipes at night, it made it difficult for us to sleep. I hope they solve it. It is a good place to return to.
I stayed there with my family for six nights in February and March. I was impressed by the view of Trafalgar Square from my room, where I could have a glass of wine with my husband, and watch that famous square crowded with tourists. Not to mention the spectacular view of the city from the hotel's rooftop. We enjoyed drinking wine and listening to live music there. The restaurant is very elegant. Delicious breakfast is served in a pleasant atmosphere.
I liked absolutely everything! I'd definitely come back! Very complete room with small fridge and free soft drinks! Very clean and careful to the detail. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location to visit museums, shops and many options of restaurants around. The subway is just a stone's throw away,
The breakfast is very rich and hours it is available are more than reasonable for London. location is spectacular, in the heart of the museum district, only 7 minutes walk from the South Kensington Station.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the ideal staff, the Italian girl who made the check in charming, super nice triple room with fireplace. very well connected, metro to 5 min walk and bus right in the hotel (care if there is traffic)
Good location and charm of a former English hotel. Very comfortable bed and everything is clean. Great detail of leaving the newspaper at your door in the morning. Plus, they offered us a free plug adapter.
I loved the location, unbeatable, very comfortable to go with children and walk to many places of interest. A very good detail the coffee machine is available to customers and very comfortable and quiet room. Very well, would recommend this accommodation.
The ideal location, close to the main places of interest but at the same time in a very quiet and very "posh" area. Everything else excellent, as always in a Sofitel. The staff was very attentive; we had a small problem with the safety deposit box which was solved immediately and they apologized to us for two days.
It is very well located if you want to make a life by Shoreditch and the facilities are very modern and comfortable. Breakfast they bring you in the mornings to the room included in the price with its juice, fruit, yogurt, and coffee or tea is great.
The VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL staff ! Especially Anna, Diana and Fernando! Excellent cleanliness and neatness of the room. The environment is very quiet and you could rest very well. The architectural design of the common areas of the hotel is modern and very pleasant. Many thanks to all!
Very good location, near the London tower. In the same area, you can find a boat that takes you to the London Eye. Excellent heating system. I recommend staying on the upper floors to the left of the church for the view. Lucas, the waiter at the hotel restaurant, is very good. As are all the people at the reception. Very friendly staff, they helped us at all times.
