It is set in a shopping area, minutes from a basilica and a cathedral. The breakfast is delicious with baked goods and delicious coffee, for instance, lots to choose from. Well experienced and efficient staff as one would expect.
Views are not very nice.

Had a really nice time staying here. The restaurant was top-notch, and the service we received was fantastic. Our room was peaceful, bright, and the bathroom was in good shape. Loved how close it was to everything in the city 🌟.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. The receptionist advised me to park on the street before checking in, and they had a discounted parking option just a couple of streets away. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated that they accommodated my request for a quiet room. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and there were plenty of nearby cafes for breakfast. I had a good experience and would definitely stay there again.

That they allow the entrance to the dog, since in Zaragoza dogs are not welcome in the premises. How central it was.
The lack of insulation: we travelled at Christmas 2019 and you could hear a lot of cold and outside noises coming through the window. There was air conditioning, but on that side, the cold was more than enough. Also, we coincided with a large group of students who make an annual Olympics. The first afternoon and night (in our plant as in some other), there were continuous slamming doors, running through the corridors and shouting. . I think all customers are entitled to a break and we pay for it. The price you pay for a small dog or up to 25 kg. is the same (20 Euro per night). About this rate, I in the reservation and later looking for it, I only saw the information that "the hotel can charge an extra for the dog". Except three days before, that I receive a message from the hotel, I do not see the amount to pay. I consider it excessive. We were two couples and it would have been nice to have been able to rest a bit or continue chatting after dinner. As far as we were informed, there were none.

Perfect location to historical centre, lovely clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and helped us with public parking. Soundproof and brand-new room, large bathroom.

It would have been a pleasant stay if you had not spent the night awake because of the noise coming from the dining room (the room is located above the dining room on the first floor). noise of people entering and leaving the dining room and staircase, tables and chairs dragging... made our first night partly sleepless and a second night worse. We called the reception at approximately 12:30 at night to complain because the wall was rumbling as we dragged the furniture from the dining room and we were offered a change of room, at so many hours of the night and with another family member was not very comfortable. Finally the noise stopped a little and at 2:15 in the morning we slept until 7:30 when again the same thing is repeated... You'll have to give notice of this before then. It's a pity that because of this problem a good room loses score. We'll remember room 111 and its nights for a while.
It is located above the dining room and at night until very late and early in the morning it is impossible to sleep.

Comfortable hotel with delicious breakfasts and spotless rooms, that's what we really enjoyed. Outstandingly accommodating staff members provided a few recommendations. The location was marvellous and fantastic for walking around Zaragoza Museum.

As youngsters, we loved the hotel's central location, close to all the major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was nice and made check-in a breeze. The rooms were clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping services. We enjoyed the great views of the city from our large balcony. It was also convenient to have a room fridge and safe for our valuables. The hotel even provided a disabled room upon request. a good standard of accommodation that we would choose again.
We felt very well looked after and had no complaints at all.

All fields are filled in with maximum mark because they deserve it. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is great. The best, the staff, very friendly, attentive and professional. We had a room on the 3rd floor but they moved us to the 1st floor because my partner is claustrophobic and I wasn't going to use the lift, so I wouldn't have to go up and down extra stairs. We also had the gymnasium to ourselves because although it is closed at the weekend, they left us the keys so that we could use it. Besides, although we had reserved a place in the garage that the hotel has arranged, the receptionist told us that during the weekend the blue zone is free, so if we could find a free place, we could save a good money, and so we did. As I say, an unbeatable experience.
There's not a single thing I didn't like about the Hotel Zenit Don Yo. I think we could not have chosen a better place to spend the weekend in Zaragoza. A very affordable price for a four-star hotel located in the heart of the city, with great facilities that lack nothing and a very friendly staff. To be repeated without hesitation.

room was spacious and beds comfortable, with good cleanliness. Friendly staff.
Breakfast isn't worth the price it's worth, £12. Boat juices, there were quite a few things missing that we had to order, glasses, cups, eggs, normal milk... the waitress told us to get milk from the machine, we knew that it was powdered. We told her no, we wanted the normal milk, in the end she brought us a very small jug for two. tablecloth, plastic path, with stains, that they cleaned a little with a ballot and that was it. Anyway, I think a four-star hotel should take more care of those details. You can also hear quite a lot of noise from the street in the rooms and, as there are no blinds, curtain is short, light comes in at 7 am when the sun comes out. small bottle of water per client as a courtesy in the room would be appreciated.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, on a quiet side street. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions in just a matter of minutes. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even dry cleaning available. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, with modern amenities like a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness centre with a fantastic view of the city - it was the perfect place to get in a workout while enjoying the scenery.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. It's a fantastic place to stay, with its prime location, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities.
