The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, offering a variety of options. The bed in the room was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the hotel had a nice pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
The reception staff was unhelpful and lacked basic knowledge about the hotel and the city. The WiFi was extremely poor and difficult to connect to throughout the entire hotel.

The exterior design and pool were stunning. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to a mall and the city square. It was easy to get around and explore the nearby attractions. The fact that there was music throughout the day and live music at night added a lively and enjoyable atmosphere to the stay.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, causing back pain and making it difficult to sleep. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with hair and makeup found in the rooms and on the towels.
