As a frequent traveler, I recently stayed at the Windsor and it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and even upgrading us to a penthouse at no extra cost. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a stunning rooftop view and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location right across from the subway. a fantastic stay in a great neighborhood.

Location just off the train station, business centre, tea water and coffee, and Chinatown and Lower East Side. For tea or coffee visit Lucky King Bakery nearby.

Very dirty bathroom.

The staff was very kind and pleasant, I greatly enjoyed everyone. The room was clean and the bathroom clean.

Nice staff and the location was marvellous. I liked the really interesting area: there was a metro station close to the hotel. The room was perfect, it had a shower and hair dryers. Meals in the property were great.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to Chinatown and the Lower East Side. The proximity to important subway stations makes getting around the city a breeze. The price for two rooms shared among six people is cheaper than the popular HI NYC Hostel. The hotel is surrounded by excellent dining options, such as the famous Russ & Daughters for delicious bagels. Additionally, book lovers will enjoy exploring the Bluestocking bookstore. For grocery needs, there is a convenient Whole Foods nearby. As business guests, we appreciated the comfortable rooms and the helpfulness of the staff.
