Room was clean and comfortable
Inability to communicate as majority of hotel stuff could not speak english, no printed material in english either. Early check out and late check in meant 5 days trip - 4 nights stay was only enough for 3 days skiing.

Friendly staff. Location. Beautiful setting. Convenient to bus to slopes. Food very good. Excellent salads.
No place to take a short walk.

The location the bus services to reach the ski areas the breakfast buffet was correct. The sauna and the swimming area were clean
The check out time:10 am. It is too early when you planned to ski that day . The staff refuses to let us to check out later . They do not offer to keep your luggages in a storage area. We were supposed to come with our son and two days before, I sent an e mail to tell them he was not coming . They still charge us 80% of the room price for him. They did not care and make any effort to understand. The other couple who came with us had no kid and have the same kind of room . They do not have any reason to charge us more.

The hotel is very cozy and it has all the facilities to have a good relaxing time after skiing all day. It is close to the ski area either by car or bus both have covinient access. The staff is very professional and friendly. We also liked the dinner buffet and breakfast.
The only small improvements are the following: TV was small and was placed on the wall in not very comfortable area to watch. There were no courtesy soap, or shampoo.
