Got all I wanted, excellent value for money. Room was brand-new and top-notch, and breakfast was scrumptious. The location was magnificent and beautiful, in a beautiful area and overlooking the sea. Further, it was adjacent to Eastbourne via the plentiful buses that ran right past the door.

This hotel was excellent value for money in comparison to other hotels. The restaurant here was nice with great food and outdoor seating, we both ordered appetising dishes. It was excellent value for money with a nice décor. The hotel was in a central setting right on the sea shore. Besides, we were very close to seafront at Rottingdean, Rottingdean which was around 97 fantastic miles and the seashore.
