Got all I wanted, excellent value for money. Room was brand-new and top-notch, and breakfast was scrumptious. The location was magnificent and beautiful, in a beautiful area and overlooking the sea. Further, it was adjacent to Eastbourne via the plentiful buses that ran right past the door.

It was excellent value for money with a nice décor. The hotel was in a central setting right on the sea shore. Besides, we were very close to seafront at Rottingdean, Rottingdean which was around 97 fantastic miles and the seashore.
