Bright hotel with quiet atmosphere in a lovely area near the centre of cosmopolitan, independent kemptown, pier, shops and restaurants and a cafe down the road. Lovely staff, fabulous stay. Marvellous and awesome location in the town, a short walk to tourist attractions.

We have to thank lovely staff for a fabulous stay. It has awesome central location the next day's events. Also it is near to beachfront, independent kemptown and Brighton Pier and other shops and restaurants.

It was in a marvellous and magnificent location close to all main tourist attractions. The standard double room I stayed in was modern for a private bathroom. All the staff was accommodating, fixed my issues.
Some people working there were kind of rude.

The hotel was fairly clean and unique, had free wi-fi. The staff was very welcoming and exceptionally nice all day long. The location for Brighton was marvellous, next to city centre, decent restaurants and the seaside. Explored North Laine, that is located within walking distance of the property.

The location was great for Brighton, next to the seafront and the nightlife. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Brighton Beach.

The hotel was in a central setting close to the pier. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Brighton Beach. My room included coffee, a TV set, and tea/coffee. Got comfy bed and free Wi-Fi.

The room was neat and silent, the hotel was clean. The staff was very welcoming and incredibly nice and made us feel comfortable. The room we had included tea and coffee making equipment, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities.

Had just perfect experience, overall relaxing and quirky place.
Totally recommend this place and would have stayed for longer. Everything was lovely with well decorated and well-appointed rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

I liked glamorous room in wardrobe from last guess and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The location was marvellous, close to the seafront. Luckily it was close to Cafe Etna, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

We would have stayed for longer, thoroughly enjoyed its perfect location. The hotel is clean, nestled in the lovely building with helpful enough staff.
