Everything is very comfortable here, had a fairly nice stay for our golden Wedding. The units were big size and huge with a great view.

Absolutely perfect, stunning location in Inverness, really close to railway station with luggage, the bridges that cross the river Ness and banks of River Ness. Breakfast with the poached eggs cooked perfectly.

Single room in the outbuilding spacious and well equipped with a huge private bathroom with tub. Very good breakfast, freshly prepared as desired. Own parking lot for guests, great location to explore the city on foot, very friendly and helpful staff.

Signage to the hotel car park from the back was difficult to see but this is complaining at a high level. I have nothing to complain about.

Had thoroughly enjoyable experience, the room I stayed in was nicely decorated and well-equipped with the garden, a great view, as example. I enjoyed a comfortable style.

Fairly quiet room which had a sitting area, ironing facilities, and a study table.

The rooms are spacious and offer a lovely view of the river. The bathroom is clean and includes a hair dryer and iron. The hotel serves fabulous dishes and is located right by the riverside. It's conveniently close to bus terminals, fantastic restaurants, and great places to eat and shop. The staff are professional, extremely pleasant, and provide great service.

Cereals, pastries, pancakes, and fruit for breakfast with the poached eggs cooked perfectly. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a hair dryer and an iron in the room. Brilliant location in the great area, near to the eating and shopping spots as well as banks of River Ness.

We really enjoyed rooms with riverside view. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from an 1800s red sandstone castle. Could walk to the train station, just 20 minutes.

The food was very pleasant, with variety of options. The room was well-equipped with an amazing view, a good breakfast, for instance, everything was very comfortable.

Had a very nice stay for our golden Wedding. The staff were attentive, fantastic location right on river close to town. And it was also near railway station, fab restaurant and great food and professional, extremely pleasant staff and riverside round the corner.

This place has a stunning location, and we were able to walk to Ness Bank, making it the perfect stay for our golden wedding anniversary.

It was based in nice building in a stunning location, near the town centre for train station. We were there for 2 nights, overall had a really great stay.
