The room was exquisite & new-fashioned, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. We had a wonderful continental breakfast with a great selection of meals. The location was stunning and fab, right by wonderful greenery, and beach, untidy beachside restaurant.

The rooms are well-kept and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

Fantastic, wonderful hotel, there's great pool and location is fantastic to fort aguada which was very nice of them. Very hospitable and respectful staff right from the reception desk, everything is perfect. The poolside bar is fab, greatly enjoyed this place. Must say thank you, would stay here again and again.

Everything met my requirements, I would return anytime. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and newly remodelled room. The very hospitable and respectful staff members from managers to housekeeping provided a few recommendations. I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant which serves excellent Thai food.

Our room had a very comfy bed and a magnificent view. Facilities we needed were available: a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control.

The location was best possible and comfortable for walking around a scenic beach. Vegetarian cuisine was served in the a la carte restaurant.

The hotel was gorgeous with very welcoming employees from managers to housekeeping. The location was brilliant, just a pleasant stroll away from Shri Shantadurga Temple. There was an awesome restaurant, a market and stores next door.

The bed was quite hard here.

The location was brilliant, right next to Sinq Night Club. Moreover, it's just next door to the main restaurant and the cleaner beaches around Candolim.

The restaurant was very nice with awesome Goan and multi cuisine food here, I had amazing dishes. And there was a nice view of the beach. The location was amazing and I could use free parking on site.

Beautiful location, stunning landscape, and well-maintained. Sea-view is amazing. Access to facilities at Fort Aguada. Multiple stays, luxurious villa with beach view, blending old Goan architecture with modern design. Fabulous pool area and friendly staff. Outstanding hospitality and services, surprise anniversary decorations with roses and warm bathtub. Excellent food, great location, and awesome service. Had an amazing time at the beach, pool, and Caravela restaurant. Will return in October/December.

Beautiful resort with great views, a nice beach, a swimming pool and swimming pool bar, a nice selection of restaurants including one serving traditionnal Goan food where we had an amazing dinner... I could go on and on... Just such a fantastic place! Housekeeping surprised us one day with lots of special romantic treats all over the bedroom and bathroom which was such a thoughful and lovely surprise and made our stay even more special and unforgettable!

The only negative experience we had was that we had booked an independant bungalow (completely detached) with a sea view. But when we arrived they gave us an appartment that was part of a 3 appartment bungalow, and we couldn't see the sea. We complained and they moved us to another bungalow which was independant but we still couldn't see the sea! We complained again, and finally they gave us what they should have given us in the first place and what we had paid for, because we had decided to treat ourselves and to splash out, and had paid considerably more money for the added luxury of privacy and a gorgeous sea view. The duty manager wasn't very sympathetic and told us that we hadn't booked a private bungalow specifically. (We had! That's what our Booked.net confirmation email says and we had picked the most expensive option available). So instead of apologising he told us that we were wrong and there had been no mistake. Which was frustrating! Apart from that incident, everything else was great which meant we quickly forgot about the upsetting incident and were able to have an amazing time (in our private bungallow with amazing sea view ;-))

The location of the hotel is excellent and the best thing is super excellent food.The staff is corteous .

Pathetic service.The service is real bad,doesn't do justice to vivanta property.Lack of knowledge is second problem-all staff are ill educated about local knowledge,they guide you wrong-again-not a Taj standard

The service here was exceptionally helpful and the food was absolutely outstanding, with a variety of amazing restaurants just a short walk away, like Tuscany Gardens.

The staff at this venue is incredible and their chef is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of appetizing meals.
