The rooms were normal double and large with a private balcony, liked it. All staff was supper friendly and fairly friendly and gave some tips about Pisa.

Its location was indeed perfect and excellent and only 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo. Wake-up service, available in my family room, was a nice bonus. The staff was tremendously helpful, excellent service. It was impeccably clean, I would consider staying here again.

The staff is knowledgeable here, the services are good, and location is excellent very close to Pisa centre and a train stop. The breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon plus good coffee is sensational for what is offered.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the famous leaning tower. I also appreciated that it was conveniently situated beyond the city center, which meant it was quieter and less crowded. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They even let me leave my luggage with them after I checked out, as my flight was later in the day. the service was top-notch.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the staff were excellent.
