All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Reception Staff went out of their way to provide maps of local places to visit, parking locations and interesting places to visit and dine away from hotel, and were always willing to help us improve our italian! - grazie mille. The restaurant provides a very good value dinner menu of the day - 25 euro including water and glass of wine - in addition to a la carte menu. Our room was quite large and we liked that we could get fresh air at night by closing the balcony shutters and leaving the inner doors open with the curtains pulled to minimise bugs.
My only minor criticisms would be the low level of lighting in the walk in dressing room and the lack of written instructions on how room fixtures and fittings worked - but staff were quickly available to explain if needed

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel grounds were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
There were some aspects that we didn't enjoy. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were subpar, with mixed up orders and low-quality dishes.

This charming little hotel has absolutely stunning views, clean pool and free parking on-site. A nice touch is also the cool beverages in the poolside bar.

I had a very very good experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was easy close to Bologna airport as well as Italy for internet access. Excellent service, though a few employees were just terrible. The staff was very amiable - I would love to return.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel just outside the city. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills from my spacious room's balcony. The resort had excellent amenities, including a large parking area, a refreshing pool, charming gardens, and well-maintained sportgrounds. The service was friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Tuscany.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is too far from the Pistoia city centre to walk. You need a car.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The suite we stayed in had breathtaking views and was mind-blowingly beautiful. The value meals provided were SUPER and we couldn't fault them at all. The best part was being able to simply walk into town without having to bother with parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience jaw-droppingly pleasant. We loved our stay so much that we have already recommended it to two other couples.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Tuscany and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was not the best for exploring Tuscany as it was a fair distance from most well-known sites, but it more than made up for it with its luxurious amenities and enhanced comfort. The hotel was large and very elegantly furnished, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating, especially when it came to special requests. They were detail-oriented and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's leisure facilities were also top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool and a well-maintained garden area. Wi-fi was provided throughout the hotel, which was convenient for staying connected.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were hit and miss in terms of approachability and welcoming/helpful attitude, but that did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
