We decided to stay at this guesthouse on the outskirts of Poole before catching the ferry home to Jersey. The location was convenient for us as it was close to the bus station, making it easy for us to get to the ferry terminal. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and a good shower. The service provided by the friendly staff was commendable. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. it was a pleasant stay with convenient facilities.
That there was no view from our room.

The room was very clean with a modern design. Great value for money for our weekend. It is adjacent to the airport. Mohan Indian Takeaway, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel;)))

Luxurious bed, impressive breakfast, fantastic views over a harbor. The bed was a highlight of the stay, made with soft linens and comfortable pillows. The breakfast was a spread that was freshly cooked to order and had a good variety to choose from. The views over the harbor were stunning, an ideal spot for taking stunning pictures. the location of the hotel was great as it was close to several key tourist destinations and local attractions.
The noise from the passing traffic was disturbing to sleep, sound insulation wasn't great, and the blinds were ineffective in blocking out light. The noise of traffic passing near the hotel made it challenging to get ample sleep, and the sound insulation was not sufficient.

What a great Xmas stay! The breakfasts were awesome and offered diverse and abundant food. The room location was perfect, close to a bustling roundabout making it easy to go in every direction. Parking was hassle-free nearby. We absolutely loved the room decor which was cozy and well-kept.
The room was a bit cold, but turning on the radiator got it a bit warmer. Sadly, the curtains were letting in too much light so we woke up earlier than we would have liked.
