We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. Despite being in a busy area, our room overlooked a peaceful, empty road, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The service here was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and helpful staff always ready to assist us. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning and a direct dial telephone, ensuring our stay was comfortable and convenient.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

an interesting place for exploring guilin. i greatly enjoyed the location. you can get to the bus station within 5 minutes' walk.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to shopping areas and with a view of an empty road. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all basic needs provided. The bathroom is comfortable. Staff service is good and helpful with tourist information, and breakfast is diverse with a good selection of local food. Elevators are available, though stairs may be quicker during busy meal times.

Some guests reported hard beds, slow elevators, and a strong, unpleasant smell from the carpet in wet season.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and fast WiFi that were offered. the location was ideal as it was close to the main market and outdoor dining experiences.

The breakfast options were limited as they only offered Chinese food and the coffee was not of good quality. my stay was enjoyable and offered good value for the price.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We recently went on a romantic escape, and we loved this hotel’s location! We were able to walk to a nearby park that had beautiful scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and we enjoyed the local cuisine.

That the hotel was a bit outdated. Some areas looked old and could use a bit of an update.
