Not new.

Our room was a triple but we paid only for a double. The room was huge and there was a kettle in our room to make teas or coffee which they supplied free. The bed was so comfy and extra blankets and pillows were well stocked. The staff were more than accommodating to help us store our two bikes inside the hotel. Did not eat at the hotel but the prices were more than fair. There was a great pizziaria close to the hotel which I recommend. I think it was called La Grotta? The hotel is only minutes from downtown Torino

The location is not near the metro or Turin city center, so I would only recommend staying here if you have your own car. House wine at the restaurant wasn't good.

Bed could be better: Although the overall experience was excellent, one minor issue was the mattress not being up to par, just like a small cloud overshadowing an otherwise bright and beautiful sky.

This hotel was until the beginning of September a Campanile which are well known for a particular good standard and good restaurants on site which is why I booked it. The room for 3 adults was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant which was open until 10pm was excellent. The hotel was very good value for money. The restaurant staff were excellent and helpful.

We couldn't find it in view of the fact that it was no longer a Campanile and there was no mention of it having ever been one. Staff were surprisingly unphased by our predicament when we arrived at the door and asked where the Campanile was. I had not been informed of the change of name and am taking this up with Booked.net.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Rivoli. The staff were truly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. I was also impressed with the breakfast selection, which provided a good start to my day. The hotel's location in the industrial area of Rivoli was convenient for my business purposes.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city in an unappealing industrial area. The restaurant offers a basic salad bar and a decent menu.

The WiFi was not working properly on the second day of our stay, which was inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the Corso Allamano, a few minutes from the tangenziale, making it a good option for those with a car. The rooms are quite spacious and offer plenty of space for guests. I stayed on the ground floor and found the room to be more than adequate for my needs.
