Free airport transfer and helpful staff! The free airport transfer was a great advantage as it saved me time and money. The staff was always willing to help and very friendly. They provided me with a lot of useful information about the area, and the recommendations proved to be very helpful. The location is also great, as it is near many restaurants and stores. the hotel's staff is very accommodating and always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.
Limited amenities and weak Wi-Fi connection. Though the hotel was clean and tidy, it lacked some amenities that would have made my stay more comfortable.

We had a fantastic Christmas at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect for us. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore and try different cuisines.- One of the best things about our stay was the beautiful garden area. We loved sitting outside in the evenings, enjoying a drink and soaking up the peaceful ambiance.
That the food preparation took longer than expected. It usually took around 30 minutes to an hour for our meals to be served.
