I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were cheerful and helpful, making sure our rooms were adjacent and accommodating my pet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel's location in the heart of China Town and close to amenities was a big advantage.
The bathroom was small and the shower curtain was annoying to deal with. The vegetarian sausages at breakfast tasted like cardboard.

This hotel truly offers value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, which were affordable and reasonable for the quality of the stay. The attention to detail throughout my visit was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and efficient service provided by the staff. The location of this hotel couldn't be better, situated in the heart of the city centre and within easy reach of both train stations. It was perfect for exploring the city or attending events, such as the Hippodrome theatre.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Located close to the bustling Bull Ring shopping complex, this hotel was the perfect base for our trip to Birmingham. The vibrant atmosphere around the hotel, especially opposite the lively market, added to the overall charm of the area. Our room was clean and in great condition, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom, though a bit tiny, was spotless. The staff were friendly and provided efficient service, and the breakfast offered a variety of good quality food.
The housekeeping service could have been more consistent in servicing the room.
