The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom had hot water with a powerful shower. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there was free parking available.
The room was smaller than expected, and some noise could be heard from outside. , the breakfast was not included in the room rate, and when we tried to order room service, it was not available.

The room was surprisingly clean and well-decorated, with a seriously comfy bed and a TV with a remote. The hotel's location in the city center was ideal, with easy access to Union Street and nearby restaurants.- The staff, particularly Jennifer at the reception, were friendly and helpful.- The affordable price of £22.99 for the night was a great deal.
The noise from seagulls nesting on the adjacent building was quite annoying and disturbed my sleep. There were no plugs near the bed for phone chargers, which was inconvenient.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and just off Union Street. It's also conveniently situated near the theatre, making it an ideal choice for those looking to catch a show. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The facilities are clean, with the cleaning staff doing a good job.
I was disappointed to find a guy with a dog wandering about the restaurant.
