The parking was onsite. The room was exceptionally nice and spotless. The hotel's location was excellent, a short walk to the Seattle Southcenter shopping mall less than 2 miles away. It's a great location for getting to Seattle for the Seahawks game.

The rooms here are awesome, with a modern touch that I really liked. The staff were all friendly and kind, making my stay even better 😊.

Loved the stay, it was comfortable for the holidays. It was clean. Everyone was helpful. The location was exceptionally nice, near to the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport, shopping options, dining options, and SEATAC. The private parking was an excellent bonus.

The venue is spacious and clean with a great value. The staff is really helpful and outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast is good. The location is convenient, close to Westfield Southcenter Mall, SEA airport, and shopping options.

Fairly clean hotel with helpful and very helpful staff. Peaceful, excellent location to the cruise port. And near shopping areas as well as the Westfield Southcenter Mall.

Wi-Fi was terrible.

Clean hotel in a big building adjacent to Seattle, many restaurants, and 405 quick hop to anywhere. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a couch and a couch bed in the room.

Great Customer Service: We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The customer service was top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They reimbursed us for a taxi when the shuttle driver didn't show up, and even arranged for the car rental company to drop us off at the hotel and then took us to the airport. It was such a convenient and stress-free way to end our trip.

Room Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was not up to par.

This hotel met my needs in every way, can't recommend it highly enough. Really enjoyed my such great stay on a business trip. The breakfast at 7:10. The staff was excellent friendly and respectful, my every need was addressed. The location was suburban, absolutely perfect close to shopping areas.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Close to airport and shopping mall. Helpful staff provided early Bag Breakfast. Suite set-up felt like apartment. Bed and room layout comfortable. Good kitchenette amenities.
