i did not enjoy my stay at the hotel the room was dirty and very badly kept and the female manager was rude i have emailed you and complained about the hotel asit renunied my stay and evening we did not take the offer of breakfast even though it was included as the state of the room put us off eating in there

Chipped toilet seat. hairs in bath. headboard not fixed to bed .chipped furniture. cleaniness not good .manager off hotel female when rung to complain was very rude unhelpful and did not care just told that it was a 2 star hotel and that what you get i think that this response is disgraceful

Very warm welcome and continued to be very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us as we really only want to spend time on the beach and it was only 5min walk.

Steps up to the front door are not disabled / pushchair friendly. There is a lift, but on some floors you still need to use some stairs.

Have been going to this hotel for the last 4 years and every time we go back it's like coming home. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and rooms are always spotlessly clean. Beach and shops are easily accessible.

Everything was fine: prices, location (5 minutes walk to the beach and very close to the town centre), comfort , cleanness of the room and very friendly and helpful staff.

Not a big choice of food for the breakfast, too much cholesterol.
