The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the centre of Cologne, it is within 5 minutes' walk of the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well-equipped with thoughtful touches and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the central location. The staff are friendly and provide great service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.

The location is very good, actually in the heart of the old city, like it was supposing to, no comments, location is really perfect.
The room appeared so small, even for one person, not reasonable for a such price, in my opinion. The facilities of a room - there were not even a safe, tea-set, such things, that I used to meet in even 3-stars hotels all around the world, when I'm travelling, but, I'm saying about the good ones, of course. And the last point, I've not seen an individual approach there, unfortunately.
