John
The hotel offered a great value deal that included breakfast and free parking. The location was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.
The staff at the restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak meal times, leading to longer wait times and less attentive service. The lobby area had a bit of a dated feel to it, which could use an update to make it more welcoming.

Appreciated that the hotel was near the train station, 6 minutes' walk. To grab a bite visit Indian Brewery Snowhill, it is located close by. A comfortable place for exploring Birmingham. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requests:)))

Great value hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The family rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions and places to eat.
There were some issues with the sofa bed in the room, which took some time to be sorted out. The hotel's car park was quite expensive, but considering the location, it was not surprising.

I needed a hotel in close walking distance to Aston University and that is exactly what I got. I found the hotel comfortable, clean and the staff friendly. There is car parking within the ncp car park behind which I had 25% off at the reception. For easy access to the University I would definately stay here again.

The hotel car park behind the property could be costly for guests, considering its location.

The provision of tea & coffee making facillicies in rooms would be an excellant idea.

Good location, was able to check in with ease at 11pm which we worried may be a problem.
There was a constant whining noise the whole night we were there and located this within the air ventilation system, even when turned off this was still there. The air ventilation kept blowing out cold air when it was set to hot. Finally, the hotel took our credit card details three times, not sure why this was necessary at all and found it quite annoying.
