It was nice to have outstanding toast and cereals in the morning. Greatly enjoyed our room that was been "deep cleaned " although the bedding was clean and available with a good view as well as bathroom. The hotel had a good location close to babbacome downs which was nice.

This low cost hotel was ideal for a perfect stay, very good value for money. The room was large, with a storage, soundproof windows, and an extractor. The location of the property was excellent, to a cafe or Tesco. For dinner, we went to I am Thai Takeaway, it was near the venue.

It has exceptionally nice location and good parking, and it's close enough to a beautiful beach, shops and top of cliffs and cliffs, restaurants and theatre. The a double room is recently renovated and decent size.

Very polite staff, they was willing to help. Got a single room with a good shower when arrived, really enjoyed that. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic.

The room was cheap and newly renovated, it had a storage space, sound-proofed windows and an extractor. The breakfast was amazing and absolutely superb and had a wide range of options — toast and cereal. It was in a central location, in the area on the day. Pleasant personnel, was willing to help.

Modern and fancy hotel, very good value for money, what else to wish for. Marvellous location in a nice area with views of the beach. Again, 5 minutes walk from Torquay United fc Stadium. All the staff was willing to help.

This hotel was very good value for money in comparison to other hotels. I had a single room and it was airy with coffee. The staff were understanding, thanks to them everything was good.

Great location, close to the harbor and beach, within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Affordable price for a budget stay.

Rooms and bathrooms were not very clean, with dirty and dusty surfaces. Maintenance issues such as curtains hanging off rails, toilet seat not secure, and ceiling repairs.

This place was quite clean and located in a fantastic spot. The room was warm and cosy, with a comfortable bed, a TV with many channels, a coffee machine, and a writing table.
