From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional service. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed. My room was breathtaking, with luxurious amenities such as a private sauna and top-notch room service. The restaurant offered delicious cuisine, beautifully presented on elegant dishes. The private facilities were impeccable and added to the overall luxurious experience. The location advantages were a bonus, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

Although my stay here was luxurious, there was one minor issue that arose. The shuttle bus to the nearby circus left too early, which meant I had to secure alternative transportation.

This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are stunning - large and beautifully designed in Chinese style with super king beds. Free internet. Some of the staff struggled with English but the concierge was extremely helpful and all the staff generally were charming and wanted to help. Would definitely chose to stay again.

English seems to be a bit of a problem generally and can only improve over time. From reading other reviews this seems to be a problem at other hotels in the area as well. Some of the extras such as printing and business services are very expensive -avoid if you can. The location is a little out of the centre of town but it's in a new residential area and the room over looked the river so it had a relaxed feel.

The Chinese food were impressive, the spa was fair money, but the attitude of staff were unfriedly. This is the only hotel I stay in China don't allow to take picture . English are poor. The color of the room design look real depressed. Over all the hotel gave u un-warm & un- welcome feeling. Don't think its fair that they add 15% service charge in the room rate at the last mintue. The whole managment term & crews need more profesional trainning.

We enjoyed the stunning city skyline that was visible from our luxurious room. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The hotel is located in a quiet area that offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our romantic escape was marred by a few disappointing aspects of the hotel. The staff struggled with English and were not very helpful when we needed to navigate the area.

The bedroom, bathroom and amenities were great. Food was of a good standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only 2 things let the experience down: 1) The hotel staff have difficulty with English, 2) the lobby music provided by piano is awful, could do with some music like buddha bar instead; it's the year 2010 now.

The entry itself was disappointing. The Air Port Pick was scheduled upon arrival; unfortunately nobody came from the hotel to receive. Most of the Local hotel staff attended with Play card to pick up their guests. Finally lapsed 2 hour in the Airport during Midnight and went through Taxi.

The food was not continental. Finally stayed 2 days by paying 3 days charge and went to an another hotel. The trip Was disappointing....................

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the clean and comfortable room, the helpful staff, and the convenient shuttle van. The room was spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay for us. We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the excellent facilities it offered. The transportation service, particularly the shuttle van, made it easy for us to explore this city. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Staff attitudes is good.

Bad communication between FO with Reservation because no one received my late check out request and insisted charge half day to me. When I talk to duty mgr my special request and she accept check out at 1500 hrs. Afterwards, when I check out at the Front desk the staff stated she did not known her duty mgr approved my check out time. It made me very up sad.

The room we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service that was very helpful for getting around. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and accommodating service we received from the staff.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the location, which was quite far from many attractions and required a bit of travel to get to.
