It is pleasant hotel with a view over the harbor. Excellent food choice at the buffet breakfast.

The rooms were brand-new and top quality with safe for our safety.

Exceptionally comfortable place, great food offered for buffet breakfast. Neat and well-designed rooms with climate control, coffee/tea making machines, and a safe box. The cocktail bar with reasonably priced drinks.

Had enjoyable stay for business trip and the weather was lovely. It had central location close to George Town. A shopping mall and interesting independent shops were right next door.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.

Very comfy bed in the superior room, plus air conditioning, coffee and tea making equipment. Smooth check-in, parking outside. Great pool area too.

The pool was nice and I had free soft drinks in the pool bar. The location in a well kept area was comfortable and there were a mall and interesting independent stores nearby.

The room overlooking the harbor was neat and well-designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were air conditioner, a storage, and a balcony too. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk from a Sri Mahamariamman temple. This hotel was in a very quite area short walk to many different food places, the tourist spots and Chew Jetty for Festival which ended at midnight...

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was well-kept. The staff were very caring and amazingly attentive in case of questions. The breakfasts with varieties of foods. It was in a central setting very close to Bus & Ferry terminal. Easily reached Sin Nam Huat, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

Wi-Fi signal was not good; usual breakfast, a little disappointed.

Well-maintained pool, parking outside. Quiet and bright rooms with extra large bed and sea-view, for example, excellent breakfasts.

the service was excellent with a fast check-in. my room was tastefully decorated with a comfy bed and a delicious breakfast. location: the hotel was very close to the historic center and the jetties, and street art and love lane.

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, short walk from Wonderfood Museum. What's more, it was just off nearby mall, the free Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops, and a short walk to the pier.

We loved the variety of food at the buffet breakfast and the staff were quick to refill empty dishes. The location was great, with easy access to a nearby food court and close proximity to attractions. Overall we would recommend this hotel.
