Absolutely great hotel with impeccable team in particular the services provided by the concierge. The pool area is good too.

Breakfast disappointing.

The breakfast options in the hotel's restaurant were limited and not of the highest quality.

we checked out of the hotel, I got a bigger bill than I expected. I checked in I had a double charge for breakfast, that is, 40 thousand pesos agreed upon at check-in, 37 thousand for a buffet plus an additional charge of about 15 thousand, a tip of approximately 4. 5 thousand. It took me a while to realize that I was being charged for two breakfasts. guy who served us breakfast was super nice and explained that we signed the tip and cost of breakfast was already OK. it wasn't. girl at the reception, understood immediately, cancelled the extra charge, there were no problems, it was solved, it was still an uncomfortable moment. I don't usually check the charges, of course spending one night and having breakfast couldn't have cost nearly 400, 000 pesos! Breakfast. by the way, should be much better for its cost, Personally. I don't like to eat breakfast with a waiter, depend on the waiter for coffee, orange juice, etc, NO. fun of breakfast is to do it alone, that there is a good choice of products, There was a lack of good quality bread (there is so much diversity of rich bread in Chile). bacon was dry and hard. I think the quality/price should be improved. Finally. we were unlucky that there was no availability for massages offered at the Spa, because there were few staff (for being a long weekend),

The bed, the room, the whole hotel is beautiful

The stay was incredible. Beautiful. But I had a problem with the payment. I paid cash, and after I left the hotel they told me I had a credit card usage of $450.00. I called the hotel and they said it was to take ¨una garantia¨. Which I understand,. but what I don't understand and what bothers me is that they didn't inform me of the bike. that they were going to charge to my account. I had to call on Sunday 18/02 at 12:50 pm to corroborate that I had indeed been charged that. amount on my account. I asked why???? And they told me it was for a guarantee. But the other problem is that I told him and explained that I had paid in cash. And the gentleman who attended to me said. ...ahhh sorry now we void the guarantee..... So, if I hadn't called to find out why I was charged that amount, I would never have found out. I just have to pay my credit card bills without asking for more than I paid in cash????!!!!! In fact, the man who answered my call said... We have your email, so we're sending you a voucher to void the warranty. Something that never happened!!!!. these details you should take care of, 5 star hotels are not only 5 stars for their facilities, but for their service in general.

Terrific hotel, it has exceptionally good views and marvellous location right in front of El Golf subway station.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Santiago. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a metro station nearby. The hotel itself was clean, well-appointed, and had a stately ambiance. Our room was spacious with a beautiful city view. The breakfast selection was sufficient and the service in the restaurant was excellent, especially the waiter from Tuscany. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
