The place was ideal and had extremely helpful and well-trained staff especially the receptionist, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Comforts of good value for money room with 2 beds were fabulous. It had things I needed, including coffee, a TV set, and tea/coffee. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from Monument. This hotel met expectation in every way, couldn't recommend more.

The room was fabulous and exceptional with a single-glazed window - we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had excellent and adequate breakfasts except for the fried egg. The location was marvellous and pleasant, just off many areas and Glasgow and Loch Lomond and easily accessible. Thanks to the lovely and nice staff everything was good.

The setting was nice, not far from an excellent rail link to central Glasgow, which provided a cheap 20-minute commute to Glasgow and the outskirts of Glasgow. I had coffee at Pane e Vino, located within 15 minutes walk.
