Beth
Spectacular and nice hotel in a great area close enough to a hike with boots and Bakewell for the night. A huge variety of reasonably priced options for meal. Nice stay, as always.

George
The superior queen room was air-conditioned, the bed was comfy. We were pleased to have an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. The hotel was in the central setting in the centre of the town....

Richard
Its location was amazing, just next door to Derbyshire, the beer garden and pub itself strong as anything and a river. We didn't have time, but we would consider staying here again.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unwelcoming.

The venue was set in the central position next to Thornbridge brewery, bakewell for a couple of nights, and bars and shops.

Comfy, spacious room. Weak shower, eco setting only. Owner quickly adjusted heat. Good food, a bit cold sitting near kitchen. Layout needs improvement. No longer breakfast, revised evening menu. Room with large bath a bonus. Huge, well-equipped, clean room. Friendly staff. Exceptional food. Central location, close to attractions. Gorgeous pub-hotel...

There is variety of reasonably priced food for breakfast. The location is in a marvellous and beautiful spot in the pleasant beer garden which had many tables. Would stay here again if ever in Bakewell, it was dope!

Robert
The food and room were fantastic, definitely worth the wait at peak times. The staff were brilliant and non-stop, providing excellent service. The hotel's central location and convenient car parking across the road were a plus.
Several things didn't work properly during my stay, including the radiators, WiFi, TV, and shower. It was frustrating to repeatedly go downstairs to reception and deal with different staff members who couldn't fix the issues.

Natasha
The venue has marvellous and beautiful location in the pub etc. We would stay here again if passing through.
