Location: the hotel was so close to factory outlet, a coffee shop, and the papandayan for short escape in Bandung. In the evening we went to Sushi Tei, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Marvellous and strategic location in the great area, next to the fitness centre and trans studio, restaurant, and cafe. Amazingly great and really kind staff during our stay. Huge and bright rooms available with the view of bandung as well as comfy pillow.

The hotel is cool and clean, has excellent views of mini tropical garden and pool. The rooms are perfectly clean with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. Nice touch to have climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. It has favourable and magnificent location near many shopping centers.

Overall clean hotel, helpful and attentive staff with the services from this property. Exceptionally nice and ideal location to Gedung Merdeka. Easy check-in, parking on site. The comfortable feel of the hotel.

The hotel was in a strategic position very close to The Papandayan and touristy areas and Bandung city centre.

Everything is good here, had a comfortable stay on my short holiday with my family. The classic twin room overlooks garden and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. The location is great and strategic, 1 mile from Museum Konferensi Asia Afrika.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the classic twin room, plus climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV. Large bathrooms with a bath.

Great hotel, nice staff with the services from this venue, everything was awesome! Magnificent location near a proper cocktail bar and Bandung with enormously helpful staff, very good rooms, great food and major malls in Bandung. Also, near factory outlet.

Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of good food. Location adjacent to the city centre, the forest, and the restaurant.

No complaints, the venue met requirements, would definitely recommend it. For a 5 star hotel everything was really good, I liked to be here. The room was fully-equipped and tastefully decorated, had big size separate bathroom.

Upscale Rooms and Amenities

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Bandung. The highlight was when our rooms were upgraded to classic rooms with extra goodies like Tea and cocktail sessions on the same floor. The breakfast was also served on the same floor, saving us the hassle of going to the main breakfast area. The ambiance and amenities were all top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Hospitable polite staff and very clean and spacious accommodation . The food was good and room service was excellent. Breakfast spread was great. Will definitely recommend this place.

Papandayan is a lovely hotel and the location is very convenient....... Or good location....... We stayed there for our second time........ We love this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in the city center is convenient, although it's a bit far from the playparks in the suburbs. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely furniture, big bathrooms, and comfy pillows. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of tasty dishes served.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
