The hotel's location was particularly good, to almost all Brighton's top attractions with shopping centres and a supermarket within walking distance.
The area was not so good.

The hotel was set in a very central area not far from various bars, restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, the Conference Centre, and beach shops. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Brighton Beach.

Thanks to its magnificent location we were close to a museum and a palace. The breakfast was savoury and above average, with tea or coffee and reasonably priced.

As for me, the location was perfect, close to the seafront and the town centre, all the Brighton attractions and the beach and the city centre. Found Bella Bar Restaurant with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

I did not want to leave there, had a really really nice experience and would consider staying here again. Savoury and tasty breakfast at 8:45am, liked it. It was well heated and functional, good enough for shopping. The location was particularly good and fab, really close to the Conference Centre and an establishment and easily accessible. The service was welcoming, totally satisfied.

Plenty of fab food. Fashionable rooms in to the bedrooms with lovely views. Excellent, unbeatable location near the Pier and The Lanes, the all attraction in Brighton owner, and the sea front, pier and the lanes, honest staff. And a 5-minute walk from North Laine.
