The room I had was decent sized with nice beds and the staff was accommodating. The service was great during all my really really nice stay.

Welcoming staff, functional queen room. Marvellous very central location, next to both the train station and the main car parking, and Penzance off the Overnight Sleeper from Paddington. Outstanding food in the traditional restaurant in the vicinity.

I had a fantastic stay at The Longboat Inn in Penzance. The staff provided excellent service. The room was spotless and well-equipped with essentials like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to Penlee House Gallery and Museum. Plus, it was conveniently close to the main train and bus stations, as well as the town center.

Outstanding food for really tasty breakfast with good quality ingredients.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very good. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite television, central heating and tea/coffee making equipment. The views of the sea were CUTE. The location of the hotel was great and fab - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Penlee House Gallery and Museum.

Recently stayed at an inn located near a transport hub, convenient for an early start on the John O'Groats challenge. The room was comfortable and adequately sized, with clean and modern bathroom facilities. Service was excellent from well-trained staff. A hearty breakfast was available with many options. Leisure facilities were not used, so cannot comment.

Comfy beds and having an electric kettle and TV with satellite channels was a nice addition. The central heating kept us warm and cozy. The food was affordable and delicious! 🍔

Everything was fabulous. I would recommend it.- The location was particularly good and perfect - ease of access to Penzance Harbour.- The hotel offered good rates.- Greatly enjoyed staying at the queen room with both a bath and shower.Thank you very much all for a really really nice stay hopefully in September. Found in the cozy area right by trains, buses and ferry terminal, Railway Station and Skybus transfers and penzance by train.

Brilliant and clean hotel with an excellent value. Favourable excellent location, near to everything important in Penzance. Short walk to train station, town, sea front and also the harbour for crossing to the Scillies and several cafes and takeaways...

We had an excellent stay for the bank holiday weekend.

The hotel's location was great to the Main Car park which is free from 4 pm till 8 am the following morning. Besides, we where very close to the town centre and railway station and the ferry to Isles of Scilly.

Had a great stay over the Easter weekend. The hotel had a spacious and comfortable room and the bed was amazing! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with easy access to transportation. Enjoyed the fact that parking was available nearby.

The bathroom could use some modernization, but overall the hotel was fantastic. The staff were attentive and helpful.
