It was an incredible base for an overnight stay. The room was reasonably spacious with a four poster bed, we where happy about that.

Came with my daughter, everything was good. The food was freshly made with variety of alternatives. Accommodating service was provided here. The location in a lovely area was perfect and magnificent.

Good-sized and modern units with a four poster bed, bath, as for instance, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The location was perfect and excellent as for me, short walk to Chapel St Leonards and Ingoldmells as well as Ingoldmells.

The bed was too soft, that's my bad luck.

A wide range of food for breakfast, which was nice to satisfy everyone. The location was ideal, at a medium distance from Addlethorpe Golf Club. It was also just off Chapel St Leonards, the large entertainment complex, and the pub.

The room was very hot, made me a little nervous.

This hotel is centrally located, easily accessible by bus or car. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant serves good-quality food at reasonable prices. The hotel also has great facilities including a hot tub and full Sky package in the room.

The hotel's service can be found lacking at times.
