My family and I truly enjoyed being there. I were greeted by amiable, amicable staff. Got the same standard queen room booked online with a comfortable bed, a great view, for example. For my christmas the location was great, near a tram stop, the centre, and the bars. It was really clean and wonderful hotel, would recommend.

By and large, it was cozy base for sightseeing in Blackpool, had much fun and met excellent staff from cleaners to top management. Loved the Art Deco-style building and our normal double and good sized room with a great view. The location was good in a comfortable area, not far from Blackpool-north shore.
