Easygoing and efficient staff apart from the manager, brand-new queen room. Brilliant food including toast, cereal, and yoghourt at the breakfast. Unbeatable and amazing setting, near bars and cafés.

This hotel met expectation in every way, recommend. The venue was great looking and pretty standard, I enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing close enough to the restaurant as well as Redruth, St Ives, Penzance to Lands End on the Thursday. Efficient and amiable folks who on their own compensated part of what the property and it's management lacked. The room was well-maintained with a balcony overlooking the gannel, I was happy about that.

The rooms are great modern and stocked and they have a balcony, a lounge, and an iron with ironing board.

Breakfast was savoury and marvellous, I really enjoyed almost everything.

The location was excellent, nEAR TO FISTRAL BEACH, with a marvellous view. The queen room was stocked, it included an ironing set and a lounge. The staff was helpful - I would come here again.

Everything is lovely about this old-fashioned hotel, 100% recommend. The staff is genuinely friendly here, the services are very efficient, and location is incredible short walk to bowling alley. They offer extremely pleasant, brand-new rooms with net at the window.

The hotel was fantastic with magnificent views and a wonderful location down to the river. Everything was fantastic, however a few employees where very rude. The breakfast was full of amazing meals such as toast, cereals, and yoghourt. Recommend this place and will come back.

The staff was really polite, the breakfast was marvellous, everything was ideal. I had a stocked queen room with an exceptional view of the sea. There was very comfy bed, a balcony, a lounge, and an iron and ironing board. Had very central location in the Gannel estuary.

Great location close to both the city center and the beach, with stunning views. Hand sanitizer was readily available, and temperature was checked all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed great value for money room in this hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly baths and available with mattresses. The breakfast was hot with sausages, good coffee and bacon, and the bowling bar was a plus.

It is clean and reasonably spacious hotel, the staff are very good and location to South Fistral beach is great.
