Got the same big size and very well furnished grand king suite with an even larger bathroom booked online, loved that. There where a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in the room too. Had great and stunning location -close to Haymarket station, an easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Ideal place for short stay, has beautiful view over Deans village. The location it offers is handy, so close to restaurants and attractions as well as Haymarket railway station. West End is a district that deserves exploring. The classic suite is newly remodelled and has a dining area, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee table. The beds are comfortable.

The continental breakfast was offered with say pancakes and the toast and quantity of food. The jewel in the crown was courteous and enthusiastic staff. This hotel was located in a central area close enough to The Royal Botanical gardens as well as the Edinburgh Residence as a family for a short stay.

Richard
Excellent position was an added bonus. Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to a green Flag park.
-
Joe
The location was comfortable, in the New Town area of Edinburgh and the interior design was unique. The breakfast was savoury with the option of afternoon tea later on, say pancakes, and the facilities were good...
There were too high beds in our room.

The continental breakfast was the best part of our perfect stay. Magnificent location - a short way from everywhere we needed. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was big, would absolutely stay here again.

Appreciated our stay, had fun filled 2 days overall. The hotel was in a central setting in a lovely area. And we were just off the City Centre and Murrayfield, good restaurants and Prince's Street, and the tram / bus stops.
The staff were awful, didn't expect that coming.
