In general the service was friendly! Great that they have disability access rooms with a fridge, a shower, for instance; everyone is welcome here.

The total stay was very nice in September. Loved the room with good facilities, my bed was very comfy. The location was stunning and beautiful, adjacent to the flight path of the aircraft from the nearby JL airport as well as Liverpool, Warrington and Halton areas.
The room was a bit small, for me personally.

Outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff & overall incredibly beautiful place to stay. Spotless rooms provided with a fridge as well as a lovely comfy bed. Plenty of REASONABLY PRICED food at breakfast time. Particularly good and fantastic location with free parking if needed and not far from the centre of the village, Speke and Liverpool by bus. They provided welcoming service. The hotel of choice in Speke.

We recently stayed at The Cottage for a few nights while exploring Liverpool, Warrington, and Halton. The location was perfect, with easy access to major motorways. The warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel like we were being welcomed into a family home. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed for our stay. The freshly cooked breakfast included in the price was a great value. a delightful B&B in a quaint village.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a charming B&B with a great location for my business needs. The hosts, Carol and her daughter, were helpful and accommodating to my unusual hours. The cottage was full of character, making it far more interesting than your average chain hotel. Will definitely return!
Can't find a single thing not to love about this place! 😊

Carol was very helpful when I arrived late at 11pm after a difficult drive on a wet windy night. Nice ti get to a warm room with good facilities. Also, Ian the morning Ian helped with an early breakfast due to an early mtg at Halewood.
Nothing the hosts could help with but a very wet windy night in the highest room in the house.

Alexander
Compact and en suite rooms with magnificent views, healthy food, extremely helpful staff.

The B&B was located on the flight path from Liverpool airport and amid a busy semi-industrial area on the outskirts of the city. However, it had good bus connectivity to the city centre and was in a pretty village. Some rooms had a good view of the garden and were spacious with a comfortable bed.
The proprietor's rude and discourteous behaviour towards guests was quite upsetting.
