I had a great-sized room with ceiling windows and aircon, as example and everything was good. Location: the hotel was short walk to trams and buses and shopping centres and short walk and light rail...

Good location,clean pool and spa --they provided oil/salt/sauce etc for the BBQ which was appreciated --never waited long for a lift as we stayed on the 9th floor.

Would have appreciated built in twardrobe for hanging clothes and storing things.

I recently stayed at Surf Parade Resort for a few nights with my family. The location was perfect for us, as it was safe and easy to walk around. The hotel was in a quiet area away from traffic, which made for a peaceful stay. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were a convenient addition. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.
