The hotel had totally professional and caring staff from the front desk to the maids. the room seemed brand-new and large. the bathroom was excellent, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the location was nice, adjacent to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas, in a pretty nice area.

The daily service was good. The room I booked was large and brand-new with a microwave as well as the TV. The location was perfect and excellent for Crystal Lake, really close to could move around by myself and Crystal Lake and grocery stores.

The hotel was the perfect place for exploring Crystal Lake. We had a great time and the staff on the previous shift was very professional and helpful. Our rooms were convenient and affordable, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. the breakfast options like coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt, and hot waffles were delicious. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to various restaurants, grocery stores, clothing shops, and more. Plus, it was very close to everything.

Super 8 By Wyndham Crystal Lake in Crystal Lake is a small, cozy hotel located in a peaceful area close to various amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with central heating, a television, and a microwave oven. The bathrooms are excellent, and the bathtubs have good drainage. The location allows for easy walking access to different places nearby.

Clean & well-maintained. Snarky check-in staff, but friendly overall. Convenient location with McDonald's, Starbucks, & a local restaurant nearby. Great for budget travelers, especially during Christmas.

It was convenient. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker in the room.

I found a cock roach in the bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Crystal Lake. the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They were helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It was conveniently located close to all the places I needed to visit in the area, making it easy for me to get around. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the comfortable amenities provided in the room.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Monkey Joe's Amusement Center. Thoroughly enjoyed the triple room, felt like we where home.

The hotel has brand-new rooms in a nice area, very close to everything. The rooms are equipped with a microwave, TV, and a chest of drawers. The location is perfect and the staff is competent. There are good food options at a medium distance from the venue.

I recently stayed at Super 8 in Crystal Lake for a weekend getaway. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. While the check-in staff could have been friendlier, all other employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Conveniently located across the street were a McDonald's and Starbucks, perfect for quick meals and coffee cravings. We also discovered an amazing local restaurant called Around the Clock, which served the most delicious Greek omelette!

Despite the positives, I would recommend this hotel.
