Impeccably clean property with extraordinarily friendly staff that does n't understand basic customer service. Good-sized and compact room and particularly nice view of the beach. Amazing food for hot and plentiful breakfast. Nice pool, parking onsite. Late check-out.

The location was central, next to Central Festival mall and Pattaya Beach, Thailand's, and beach and shopping central. Decent team apart from reception desk.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Exceptionally clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect really close to restaurants and pubs, shopping central at must to see, and the shopping areas.

The venue is impeccably clean and huge, views are pleasant, the location is favourable just next door to Pattaya for the numerous bars, Central mall which was one of the biggest mall in Pataya and beach, shopping complex, massages and night life. It offers superb services and has a plentiful breakfast choices. Furthermore, guests can use parking on-site.

Appreciated the way our a double room was. An electric kettle and a fridge were a plus. The staff there were attentive and decent: )

Excellent location

I was initially concerned about my stay after reading some negative reviews, but I am happy to say that my experience at Sunshine Hotel & Residences - Sha Plus was quite pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to rest after a long day of exploring. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a small room size and limited amenities, they did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing assistance whenever needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. I would recommend Sunshine Hotel & Residences - Sha Plus for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

I thought that the rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff tolerated my late occasional sleep in, even though we had difficulty understanding each other.

It was sometimes difficult to explain to the cleaning staff what I needed (eg, extra sugar).

There was honestly not much to like during my short stay.

This hotel is under renovation. Existing pool is extremely tiny. Reserved and paid for an ocean view room, but did not receive one at check in. Was moved to a different room, and it was only slightly better. Hotel staff was indifferent. Elevator issues, and I was on the 10th floor. I changed hotels after only 2 days of a 6 day reservation. Avoid.

The rooms they offer were fantastic and new-fashioned with a large balcony and great view plus touch of luxury. Very central location so close to Central mall as well as Train station and Platinium Mall, really enjoyed it.

We liked it and 100% recommend to anyone! Thanks a lot everyone for an absolutely amazing stay for 2 nights. We booked twin room that was complete with AC, the bathroom, for example as advertised. Having different cool drinks in the swim-up bar was a very nice touch.

We were offered nice hot and rich breakfasts with indian dishes, a beachfront view plus much tastier fare.
