The stay for one night certainly was reasonable value. The location was great in a fairly quiet area, just next door to all the Local Shops, the beach, Miami tavern, supermarkets and other facilities and 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed neat rooms and reasonably priced food.
The room was has n't been cleaned properly in a while & the bed was too hard and available with contemporary furnishings. Climate control and a dining table were a nice touch. Excellent central location adjacent to the establishment and cafe's and restaurants. The most important was the staff - extremely polite and helpful people.

Had practical, spotless room that was has n't been cleaned properly in a while & the bed was too hard. I had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The staff were exceptionally nice and polite hole time of my stay. I really enjoyed central location so close to the gold coast night life.

Absolutely great place for short stay with lovely view of the tropical garden. A wide array of affordable food. Excellent service, parking nearby. Not to mention very good wifi! All in all good value for money...

I had a fantastic stay at Sunshine Beach Resort. The room was clean and tidy with excellent water pressure in the shower. The small fridge kept my drinks nice and chilly. I appreciated the small table, microwave, kettle, and iron provided in the room, making my stay very convenient. The affordable price made it great value for money. The highlight of my stay was definitely the fantastic pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The friendly and genuine Aussie woman who owns and runs the hotel was always there to help and make sure I had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly and affordable holiday.

Leaving!
It is a Motel, very disappointed with our accommodation, we had specified that there was a disabled member in our party, we were given a room on the 2nd Floor, so the disabled guest had to remain within the room for the duration. The bathroom smelled of sewrage, there was a leak under the sink, the mosquito net on the window was full of holes. The beds smelled damp, everything was dated, crockery was chipped. No comfortable chairs/sofa's to relax on. I could go on and on complaining.
