I greatly enjoyed its well-kept and brand-new rooms.

Everything about this trendy boutique hotel was superb. Every stuff member was very amiable and attentive. The venue's location was excellant, near a shopping mall which is easily accessed through a door from the reception area as well as interesting areas. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with reasonably good team on what real customer service should be. The location magnificent and peaceful close to the shops. Based really close to a mall and restaurants and shopping.

The location is comfortable and perfect, 1 mile from V-Mall. The staff are very helpful and deserve a 3-star rating.

The staff were very very helpful at all times. The hotel had perfectly comfortable location so close to the Mini shop, a mall that has good choices of food, a book store and tons of shops and restaurants, and cafes. It also was next to a shopping center.

We thoroughly enjoyed this convenient hotel with pleasant and exceptional staff on what real customer service should be. The rooms were exceptionally clean and carpeted with bathroom and hair dryer and buffet breakfast. The location was central, unbeatable in clubhouse.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The comfortable king-size bed provided a great night's sleep, and the room amenities, including towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer, were useful. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near a mall, making it easy for us to shop and explore. One more advantage was the hot and cold shower, which was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. One disappointing aspect was the breakfast options.

It was fairly clean inside. The staff was helpful and always greeted us. We had the a double room which was good sized and carpeted with open closet.

The location was excellent, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall through a door from the reception area. This made it convenient to explore interesting areas within Metro Manila and find plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Great location! The hotel is right next to a mall and easily accessible to public transportation. The room was spacious and had a city view, but surprisingly not too noisy. I also appreciated the comfortable beds, which provided a good night's sleep.

The room looked a bit old and the bathroom had a unpleasant smell, probably coming from the sewers. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room, and the elevators were slow and made creaky noises.
