The food was fantastic - a great selection of options. The location in a particularly good area was ideal and there were a market and a local store nearby.- By the way, a garden and a park were in front of the place....  

The room was normal double with all the necessary facilities, a living area, and coffee.

The rooms here are a good size with large beds, a nice sofa set, a living room area, and coffee facilities. The staff is quick to respond and knows what they're doing, plus a touch of humor to lighten the mood 😄....

no reason to complain, thanks very much for a brilliant stay. newly decorated hotel, breakfast is savoury and the rooms are air-conditioned, unbeatable location to the inner garden. the hotel provides an excellent service. parking is onsite....  

The hotel is stylish and bright. The amiable staff at the reception desk made our stay enjoyable. The Wheelchair Accessible room we were given had comfortable beds and 2 sofas, which was essential. The location of the hotel was magnificent, close to a metro station. Being extremely close to Basilico & Co was convenient for dinner. The restaurant served delicious American specialties.

The accommodation was spotless, the staff at the reception desk were helpful and professional, and the room was spacious with complimentary tea and hot drinks available.

Room I had was spacious, with a standard double size bed 👑.

Upon arrival, our wheelchair accessible room with comfortable beds, a well-functioning shower, and air conditioning was all set, and the great location near the underground was a bonus.

Last minute availability, close to metro, helpful bar staff providing ice, well-stocked gluten free breakfast, clean rooms.

I stayed in a convenient suite with a lovely view of the garden.

Breakfast was not so good, not much fresh bread and fresh fruitor juice. The scrambled egg was awfull

It certainly does not justify its rating of 4 star more like an ordinary 3 star especially considering its awful location. The services and food is Ok for a 3 star even though I have been to much better 3 star hotels.
