Would stay there again for the location, it was favourable and lovely. The staff are welcoming, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is awesome.

This hotel deserves its 3 stars. It served as a relaxing base for exploring East Syracuse, which was exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and not too far from the venue. Another great perk was that we had access to free Wi-Fi.

Great staff, very kind. Great breakfast, and very easy location, close to good restaurants and to the downtown. The bedroom had a great size, seems new and very clean. I totally recomend.

The price of the food and beverage at the lobby, suggest to buy on some market.

The service was friendly during all my very very good stay. Clean facilities and the pool was great. Location: the hotel was not far from Syracuse as well as Carrier Circle. There was Dunkin' nearby, offering quick meals.

Great swimming pool area and awesome breakfast with toast and choices-cereals, as for instance. Comfortable and quiet location in the East Syracuse area, easy to get anywhere...

The size of the room was huge, with two double beds and a living room. The closets were also spacious. Everything in the room was clean and new. The staff was very nice, and they even gave us a room on the top floor without us even requesting it. All the staff wore face coverings.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel is very clean. The maid service was on top of things. Even the hallways and lobby were constantly kept up. The rooms smelled fresh, not musty; no dust bunnies, no left over hair and the edging under the window heat/air conditioning was clean. The breakfast buffet was good and had a good selection, but for late risers was done too early. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable.

The pool was extremely small and even though it was an indoor pool the water was too cool. The fitness "room" was very narrow. The views of all of the amenities made them seem larger. There were no garbage cans in the "terrace" area, so the garbage sat on tables and stands. The coffee in the lobby ran out too frequently and seemed to take very long to replenish. The "suites" were not roomy. There is no separation from the sitting area and the tv was positioned so that if one person was watching and the other person wanted to sleep, it was impossible. Our coffee was not replenished in our room each day. So if you want some place to just sleep, it was great. But if you were there for a vacation it was inconvenient and a hospital like enviroment. It is some distance to anything except fast food eateries. I truly was extremely disappointed in the hotel, but not the staff. I stated that I would recommend this hotel, but only for business travel or a lay over from flying. Not a family friendly hotel at all. And too ultra modern, not a warm fuzzy atmosphere. Pictures on web-site are very deceiving.

The manager arranged for a nearby hotel and upgraded our room. Front desk was helpful and attentive. Breakfast area had ample space for large groups. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Convenient location near my conference.

The bright decor of the hotel was both relaxing and cheery. The breakfast staff particulairly a young woman named Darcy were friendly but very efficient making our breakfast a very pleasant experience.

Not near a park or pathway to go jogging.
