Comfortable bed, great shower. Good buffet food, delicious cocktails, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cozy hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Pool with jacuzzi and kids zone, nice music during the day.

The staff, especially Fady and Gamal, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel manager, Mr. Zikry, also made sure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail that made us feel like valued guests. If we ever visit Sharm el-Sheikh again, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.
While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the distant location and the need for a taxi to get around, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. We also noticed that the selection of soft drinks during the day was limited.
