Ideal accommodation for a larger family, it was nice for us all to be in the same accommodation. The accommodation was well equipped and stylish, really good value. Would definitely book again.

Nice tv and good shower.

The apartment was under-furnished. As it advertised as being for 6 people I was surprised there was no sofa in the lounge. The bedrooms were very basic and no double beds (all singles). No tv on room, or even clock. There were no proper toiletries. The blinds were completely thin and white - they didn't stop any sunlight and so the bedrooms were bright from around 4am.

The location and helpful staff - lovely new modern facilities

There were a couple of details that could be easily fixed and make a big difference to the stay. The towel heater in the bathroom did not have an 'off' switch which is a waste of energy in addition to adding unwanted heat to the apartment, there were also no door stops in any of the rooms which meant we had to fashion our own. The second bedroom in our apartment had nothing but 2 beds (of slightly different height) in the room, no bedside table or lamp, and one of the walls was made of glass bricks with the passage way on the other side = strange! Also no window which meant no fresh air. There was no light in the bathroom above the mirror which made it difficult to shave (men) and make up (women).

The apartments were just ideal really. Really clean and spacious, excellent location and easy to find. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

No, not at all

The apartment was excellent with full facilities for group or family travelling together. Moreover, the apartment was clean, tidy and luxury. It was an amazing visit and the staff were superb with an excellent services.

delighted to be upgraded, loved the space on offer, very well equipped for a weekend stay or longer, very reasonable rates. lovely people working there who were very helpful. sweet touch to have the welcome goodies. great city centre location but not too noisy. brilliant views from the roof terrace, really clean and tidy, definitely would love to stay there again if possible the next time we are in liverpool

most things were fantastic however at times, particularly in the bathrooms, there was a triumph of design over practicality eg really hard to control the shower temperature, the toilets were very high off the ground, there were no loo roll holders or shaver sockets, not much shelf space to put out wash bags, nor hooks to hang up damp towels and there was no hanging space in one of the bedrooms so couldn't hang up my party frock! i would like to challenge the owners to spend a night there and see how they got on and then consider how it would be if there were really 15 people sharing the rooms! I really don't want to come across as negative because it's a great place to stay but those little touches would make it a perfect experience!

The apartments were in the middle of Liverpool, great location for a city break.

There was 15 of us girls that went to Liverpool on a 40th birthday and the apartments were ideal. It suited us all, plenty bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, huge kitchen/living room there was no fault. the roof terrace was brilliant but pity about weather. We were smack bang in the heart of the city great for pubs/clubs and don't forget shopping. Would recommend the apartments to anyone.

The location was very central. Staff were professinal and friendly.

One of the two bedrooms has no ventilation whatsoever making it hot and smelly to the point of being unsuitable for sleep in hot weather. There was little lighting and no ventilation in the bathroom.

Everyting, it was excellent

Parking inconvenient as was access (narrow front entrance and numerous stairs to negotiate before reaching lift). Lack of hairdryer and toiletries.
