The location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent, to different areas of Edinburgh. I booked superior queen room, it was bright and complete with great breakfast, great views, as for instance.

We had a such wonderful trip here and would definitely recommend. The hotel was impeccably clean and wonderful, had great views over a much loved back garden and leafy surrounds. The breakfast was enjoyable and freshly cooked with lots of choice.

Incredibly comfortable location in Edinburgh, very close to a bus stop, surrounding areas and downtown near Leith, which offers a great peak into the less touristy areas of Edinburgh. Plus, near Victoria Park.
