Our luxurious stay here was everything we could have hoped for. The exclusive amenities were superb and our every need was fulfilled with attentive and friendly service. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were definite highlights, as well as the restaurant's special diet menus, perfect for our dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of sun loungers near the pool, which meant that we couldn't fully soak up the sunshine. However, this didn't hinder our otherwise incredible experience at this hotel.

This hotel is situated in a busy location, right near the centre of the city, and there are many restaurants available nearby, including Tiara restaurant. Guests can enjoy a beautiful river view from some of the rooms and even catch fireworks across the river. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and fresh linens, and the bathrooms are clean with great showers. The breakfast provides a wonderful selection of food options, and the hotel staff is helpful and accommodating.

One guest mentioned an issue with the mould in the bathroom shower, which may be a concern for some guests.

Excellent service

I had a comfortable stay at Sheraton Guiyang. The room was spacious and had a bathtub and standing shower. The towels were clean and fluffy. The hotel staff, especially the concierge and porter, were friendly and helpful. The porter went above and beyond, patiently answering all my questions and even calling local tour guides for information. He even offered me warm water when he noticed I had a sore throat. The only downside was the slow and unreliable wifi connection. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Sheraton Guiyang.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's complimentary Thanksgiving dinner and drink voucher for the bar. The hotel's location near the shopping center and restaurants was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The noise level in the hotel throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep. There were constant noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, and it seemed like the walls were paper-thin.
