Robert
The breakfast was very very good, such variety, with scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, for example. Location: the hotel was close to the Ocean, and Recoletta cemetery and other places of interest.

we asked for the executive queen room with very comfortable beds and it was ready when arrived. the location was marvellous and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from recoleta.
The breakfast we ordered was poor, it could definitely be improved.

Buddy
We had the executive double room and it was new-fashioned with comfy beds. The location was favourable and amazing, near Recoletta cemetery and other places of interest, the best areas in Buenos Aires, and Buenos Aires, close to the Recoletta area.

I arrived early in the morning and had to wait until around 11:30 to check-in to a room, but the front-desk staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout the process. They made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. The lobby decor was inviting and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location of the hotel is great, situated in the lovely Recoleta neighborhood and close to many attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite the hotel being off the main streets, it was nice and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options and the food was regularly replenished. my stay at Serena Hotel was enjoyable and I would recommend it for a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires.

Everything was very, very nice. Great staff, great location and wonderful accomodations/hotel areas.
I had some problems with my reservation, as they only have 5 twin rooms and I don't think the sales manager understood english very well (he kept answering my emails in Spanish). Although I made a remark at my Booked.net reservation and contact the hotel through email explaining my needs. As we arrived, there wasn't any twin room available and I had almost to change hotels because of this.

The staff were EXCELLENT and the breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs, as example. The location of the hotel was great and perfect - at walking distance from Plaza San Martin Square.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a great part of town, just a short walk from the beautiful church and cemetery. You can easily find several great restaurants nearby. The pool and patio area offer a nice place to relax on a lazy afternoon. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with clean bathrooms and excellent service. Breakfast is enjoyable with a delicious buffet spread and lovely courtyard seating.
The front desk staff can be slightly unhelpful and could benefit from more customer service training.

The hotel is excellent! It is located in the best region of Buenos Aires, near microcentro, Puerto Madero and all the best shops. The rooms are very clean and confortable, the bed is amazing. The staff is very kind and gentle, always traying to help the guest. I have stayed in many 5 stars hotels in Buenos Aires and none of them have surprise and please me as much as Serena. It has all my best recommendations.
The price was not clear in my Booking reservation. It appear to be in argentinean pesos but it was actually in american dollars, pretty much different value. My Booking account showed the values in argentinean pesos but at the time of the payment it happens to be in american dollars. I dont know if it is a Booking problem or a Hotel problem, but it has to be solved.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a vibrant neighborhood in BA. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was served each morning, a perfect way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

Free drinks and comfortable bed! The location is also great, walking distance to popular spots and family-friendly activities.
The noise level is unbearable! I could barely get any sleep with the loud street noise and thin walls.
