I am outraged by the Seibel Park Hotel. When I was checking out, I wanted to pay in cash, and the receptionist told me that when I was check in my credit card was charged. According to Booked.net rules: Credit card, when booking is only for the reservation, and the customer decides how he wants to pay. By the way, I can’t open a link to express my complain about the hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice residential area with a restaurant attached, providing a calm environment for your stay. The rooms have balconies that offer a nice view and the breakfast is included, which is very convenient. From the reviews, the breakfast seems to have a good continental choice with a variety of fruit, and the coffee was good.

The hotel provides a good value for money, but there is room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the rooms.

Near to the citytrain/bus

Very noisy room/ no privacy/very early weakup in the morning due to the noise in the corridor.

I am original from Munich and stayed a few days with both my daughters (we had a 3 bed room). Location is ok, as I was visiting family and friends in Munich and had a car. Hotel is simple and clean, staff is friendly, buffet breakfast is great. My kids loved it as well.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the service and amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the friendly and helpful staff to the basic amenities provided in the room. The location in a nice residential area was a plus, with the added convenience of having a restaurant attached. The quiet surroundings made for a peaceful and relaxing stay, especially when enjoying the balcony in my room. And of course, having breakfast included was a great perk, with a good selection of food to start the day off right.

Everything was just fine, no major issues at all.

It was very clean. It was also quiet so it was easy to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent.

It was far away from the city center but you could take a bus right in front of the hotel to take you to the train station, and then you could take the train to the city center. And this is not a 4 star hotel, it's a very good 3 star hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and delicious Italian restaurant on-site. Convenient location, close to public transportation and quiet surroundings.

There was nothing we didn't like.

All rooms are perfect clean, toilet is reconstructed. Location is in beautiful for sleeping and rest, park with a lot of trees. There in front of is good italian restaurant with nice tables outside in parks, Good pillows, contort beds. Breakfast is very good, plentiful, classic bavarian.

Designe totally old fashion, it will be great hotel for 1950s years. Rooms haven't refrigerator , air conditions. Metal beds, TV is small Telefunken from 1990s have only 12 german channels!?!?. Located far away from centrum, (but Munchen have great public transport and not so much expensive taxi, also possible parking in downtown so this is not a problem except someone who prefer only walking to centrum)

The hotel is situated in a lovely residential area, close to good transport links and within walking distance of shops and amenities. The decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant downstairs offers some great gastronomic experiences and the room I stayed in had a terrace with outdoor seating and a great view.

There were a few issues with my stay. The walls between rooms and corridors were not very soundproof, and noise from other guests could easily be heard.

Fair price.

There was no Interenet access in my room (112) also the hotel promised Internet WiFi access. I had to work late in the night in the Lobby.

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from including pastries, jams, and vegetables. The bus stop located just opposite the hotel made it convenient to explore the area. The front landscaping of the hotel was well-maintained, creating a pleasant first impression. Additionally, there was an elevator in the hotel, which made it easy to access different floors. The setting area for breakfast was also pleasant.

parking too expensive,no carpet in rooms so you must walk on cold floor tiles. very small tv with only german channels. way too much money for a hotel like that
