good customer relations, very impressed
cleanliness not good , hairs all over carpet and rug, stained seating and grubby net curtains,i would stay again but feel the housekeeping lets the team down.

The hotel room had cable tv with good channels.
The apartment was small, pretty far from the city and it was impossible to find as in the direction there was a mistake. The wifi that was suppose to wait for us in the living room wasn,t there and after lots of expensive phone calls we got two but none of them worked.

Fantastic view of the Thames and a good location with easy access to Canary Wharf underground station. From Canary Wharf you can be at Waterloo within 15 minutes. Well equipmed apartment and lots of space especially for London, would now consdier apartments over hotels especially with the kids.

We liked the location an the view from 15th floor. Apartment is nice an quite big.
dislikes: bathrooms were poorly cleaned with hair in the sink and on the floor. Kitchen needs more dishses. Carpets in the bedrooms need some deep cleaning aswell.
