The room was very nice and the bed was very clean. the location was stunning, right next to Lyceum Theatre. - the staff were competent and impeccably trained. - Wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

Clean as a whistle and top-notch service. The staff knew their stuff and the spot was just right. Had a great dinner and drinks at the cool American Bar nearby. We totally enjoyed our stay here! 🌟

The Savoy has a central location, just steps away from famous landmarks. The hotel is conveniently located near the Thames and London, making it easy to explore.

The Savoy is very well staffed, well trained, polite, helpful and caring for the guest. Particularly noteworthy is a waiter at breakfast in the " Winter Garden", who was really lonely top in his interest in the guest. Another pleasant event was the "afternoon tea" with a piano player in the centre of the room. The service was first class, the food too. Fascinating was also the matching of the patterns of dishes and cloth napkins, which had obviously been made to match.

Our room (luxury double to the quiet !!! inner courtyard) was filled with a humming sound during the day and in large parts of the night, which did not come from the AC, as we had first assumed, but from a metal exhaust air shaft of the entire hotel installed next to the room. There were several rooms on all floors of this area. It turned out that the closed windows did not close tightly and at the beginning, a strip of a width of approximately 1 cm was left free, after the housekeeping was applied, the obviously old windows closed a little better but still not completely tightly, the frame and the window sash did not fit properly into each other. At the departure we got a discount of 20% for one night. A lady responsible for such matters was infinitely sad about this circumstance, apologized several times in perfect form and promised an upgrade on a future visit. The latter she could do without any danger, because we will not visit the Savoy anymore. The water pressure in the toilet was so insufficient that large parts of the bowl were not flushed. Housekeeping: problem was known and could not be solved.

The Savoy is an ideal place with reasonably good staff from check-in to check-out. It is in an incredible location right by the American Bar where the Bloody Marys are delicious, by the riverside, and near the beautiful restaurant. I also had an excellent meal at the grill restaurant.

The room was breathtaking and outstanding, with a quiet bed. the meal served at the grill restaurant was appetising. - the service was exemplary, including an efficient check-in.

Magical and clean place to stay in, it has awesome stuff at all times. The hotel offers plenty of food that was appetising. It has marvellous and easy location next to Trafalgar Square. Thank you you, guys!

This place is quite clean with amazing breakfasts and great city views, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast options are delicious.

Attention to detail in the rooms. Great room facilities such as bathroom and Savoy bed. Quick response to queries on phone. Fabulous bars and restuarants within hotel. Gracious and helpful staff. Good facilities . Wonderful location . Something very special. One day but you feel like it's longer!
